Project Athia the next-gen fantasy

Square Enix and it's internal developing studio Luminous Productions recently revealed a new fantasy game set for the next generation of consoles under the name Project Athia.

With the lack of information about the game, at this point, it is still unknown if the name will stick until the end version or it's just a temporary code for the upcoming project.

From the trailer showed, the information that is presented is rather vague than descriptive. From what can be gathered from the footage and the statements made by Square Enix, Project Athia "will transport players in a world filled with beauty and dismay as they set upon a thrilling story-led action packed adventure".

On a more on the nose description, the game will be a third-person action game set in a fantasy worlds and the story will follow the actions of the main character, a female presumably named Athia, moving though this land of fantasy and exercising her powers that can summon tree roots out of nowhere. There is clearly much more to it, but that pretty much all we know so far.
