Red Dead Redemption 2 coming to Xbox Game Pass

Great news for Xbox owners, the highly acclaimed title from Rockstar Games, Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to the console's Xbox Game Pass service on May 7.

RDR 2 is a hug addition to the service and Game Pass subscribers have the chance to pre-load the game by using their mobile app of the service, which will also give them free access to Red Dead Redemption Online, once the launch date of May 7 comes around.

Unfortunately, not everything is that good because with the arrival of Red Dead Redemption 2, Xbox Game Pass loses another Rockstar title, GTA V.

The exit of GTA V is sudden and unfortunate, but as consolation, Game Pass subscribers have the chance to purchase the game until May 7 with a 20% discount. The game didn't have a long life on the service, being added on January 3, 2020, but its departure is meant to be soften by the arrival of its western based counter part.
